The KidZONE is our ministry for children from birth through grade five. It's a fun place for kids to learn about God, discover how much He loves them and learn to walk daily in relationship with Him. The KidZONE is identical at all of CCC's services.
Safety: Physical, Emotional, Spiritual
Loving, Nurturing Environment
Nursery (birthday through Age 3)
Drop your little ones off at the KidZONE nursery, located at the front of the church, just to the south of the main lobby. Our KidZONE nursery staff will provide excellent care for your infant/toddlers while you are in the adult service. Children will hear a Bible story, color a picture and play with others, all while being encouraged and loved by our experienced and screened KidZONE team. Don't worry - if your child needs you, we will come and find you to be sure their needs are being met.
Parents will receive a numbered bracelet when their child is dropped off. Please keep the bracelet with you. You will need it in order to pick up your child after the service. The wristband helps us to identify parents to help keep children safe.
Primary (Age 4-7) and Elementary (age 8-Grade 5)
Childhood is a time of great imagination and excitement for life. The KidZONE is full of both. Check your children ages 4 through grade 5 in at the Rainbow Room, which is located just to the right of the main church lobby entrance. Children will receive a name badge and for children ages 4-7, parents will receive a bracelet which you will need when you pick up your child. The wristband helps us to identify parents of our youngest children to help keep children safe.
Primary and Elementary begin in the same room with activities, games, music, drama, and a lesson from the Bible. We call this Large Group. After large group, children will break into two classrooms, Primary and Elementary. Primary children remain in the Rainbow Room while Elementary children line up and go to the Red, White & Blue Room which is just to the right as you enter the main lobby from outside.
Small groups occur in these classrooms where children will talk about the lesson and how it relates to their lives. It's also where they do activity sheets, review the memory verse for the week and build relationships with other kids and leaders.
At the end of the service, parents pick up their Primary aged children from the white door to the left of the main stage in the sanctuary. Parents of kids ages 8 through Grade 5 should arrange to meet their child either in the classroom or in the main church lobby. The elementary kids are dismissed at the end of the adult service, while the Primary and Nursery children must await their parents return.
