Women's Ministry

CCC's women's ministry exists to encourage women to connect with one another, grow in their relationship with Jesus and serve Jesus in our homes, workplaces, church and communities.

We believe women are called to make a difference in their world and the only way women can make that difference is by truly knowing Jesus Christ and having a personal relationship with Him. Thus, our women's ministry wants to create a sisterhood of Christlike women to change our world. Big dream? Yes it is! But women like challenges and being called to higher purposes. So, don't sit on the sofa. Take a few steps and get connected to other women today!

connection events

Tea Party – On January 27th, we will be going to the Grand Tea Room in Escondido.  We’ll enjoy tea sandwiches, goodies and of course, tea!  Most of all, this is a time to connect with other women of CCC and have some girl time!  All you have to do is come and have fun! The cost is $23 per person! Sign up on Sundays in January at the Women's ministry table or  email Tami Griffin.  The deadline for tickets is January 23rd.

Small groups

Small groups provide a place where women can deepen relationships with other women while studying the Bible and growing in their relationship with God. Bring your Bible and a willing hard. Check out our small groups page for details about specific groups.

2017 Annual retreat

Fellowship is so important in your Christian journey. Are you looking to deepen your friendships with like-minded women in our community? Could you use some time away to refresh your mind, soul and body? How about some time to let your soul breathe as you seek the Lord away from all of the distractions of daily life?

The women of CCC will be attending the Fall Women's Retreat Friday through Sunday, October 19-21, 2018 at Forest Home as a group. This retreat is the perfect balance of rest, fellowship, relaxation, learning and fun. As fall ushers in a new season in the San Bernardino mountains, you will have the opportunity to indulge in some pampering (massage anyone?), be encouraged in your walk with God, and make memories with other women as you do crafts, dine on delicious food, and enjoy the many recreation options offered. Whether it's hiking or journaling, chatting over coffee or sleeping in, you are sure to find what you need in a weekend getaway.  More details coming soon!

Christmas brunch

Our next Women’s Brunch will be on Saturday, May 5, 2018 from 10 am until Noon. Join us for food, fellowship and a message from an inspiring speaker.  Shannon Hoffpauir will be joining us and sharing her story.  Tickets will be on sale in April.  For more information, please contact Diane Rodgers, diane@gotochrist.com.
