Winter Small Groups Kick Off Week of January 16-21
Why Small Groups? We believe that true life change happens when people get together in smaller groups and share lives with one another to love each other, to serve each other, to support and encourage each other, while at the same time, growing in their individual relationships with God.
Small groups can help you:
Be in and understand God's Word
Be part of God's family
Feel and be God's arms
Be God's servant
Develop a strong prayer life and be prayed for
Be God's messenger as you invite friends
Fulfill God's plan for us, His people
Coed-Mixed Small Groups
Friday Evenings, Parenting Group, 6:30-8 pm
Led by Pastor Darrell. Meets in the nursery during youth group. Parents with children of all ages are invited to attend.
Topic: Sticky Faith -how do we help develop a faith in our kids that sticks for a lifetime.
Friday Evenings Spanish/English 6:00 pm
Led by Alex Hosfield. Meets weekly at 9494 Carroll Cyn. Rd in rental office Topic: "Spiritual Gifts" by Bill Hybels - this group of men and women will meet every Friday evening at 6:00 pm. We will speak in English and in Spanish for the study so all can understand.
Couples Groups
Small groups provide a place where couples can deepen relationships with other couples and with their mates while studying the Bible and growing in their relationship with God. Bring your Bible and a willing heart.
Wednesday Evenings 6:30 - 8 pm
Led by Dan and Eleanor Siegrist. Meets weekly at the Siegrist home in Rancho Penasquitos (11186 Socorro Ct., 92129) Topic: "Daniel". This term we are diving into the Old Testament book of Daniel to grow in our faith in God as we grow in our relationships with our spouses.
Saturday Evenings 6:30 - 8:00 pm
Led by Eric and Kim Coolbaugh. Meets at the church. Topic: "Boundaries for Marriage" by Drs. Henry Cloud and John Townsend. We'll meet every other week as we discover how to set appropriate boundaries for our marriages, faith and family. Grow in your relationship with each other and with other couples just like you.
Women of Christ Small Groups
All women's small groups this term will be working on the same study: "James: Mercy Triumphs" by Beth Moore. Discover the amazing New Testament book written by Jesus' half brother and grow in your faith.

Thursday Mornings 10:00 am

Men of Christ Small Groups

Meets weekly at the church. Topic: "Discipleship Essentials"
by Greg Ogden. Get back to the basics and discover what it truly means to be a disciple of Jesus Christ.
Learn more about what we believe as Christians and how to practice the Christian faith on a daily basis.
Thursday Evenings 6:30 pm
Led by Larry Hinck & Bryan Harris.
Meets weekly at the church. Topic: Freedom from Addictions
If you struggle with addictions of any kind, consider, joining the guys for accountability and spiritual growth.
